The hotel and room as such were fine. But there are too many drug addicts and drunks in the blocks around the hotel. The parking lot is spacious but some parts of it are used as public latrine. Very close to main shopping areas and other parts of the city center.

Aachen Christmas market

Very convenient for Aachen Christmas market. Super friendly staff. Clean room. Used bar both evenings and drinks were reasonable and delicious. Didn’t have breakfast as we had it on the go from fantastic bakeries and cafes in town. Aachen beautiful - you must see the cathedral!

Very clean hotel and supportive staff.

The hotel and particularly, my room was very clean, staff are very helpful. My family did enjoy our stay and the location of the hotel, being at the city centre made it easier to visit different places, and shops which are all within a walking distance. Additionally, the breakfast was very nice as well.

A very good hotel

It is not our first stay at the Novotel Aachen and we will return in the future. The hotel is very nice. Centrally located. Close to a parking (15 euros a night). Very clean. Very good breakfast.
