「I suggested to the desk clerk at checkout that the refrigerator would cool better if it didn’t have three inches of ice in the freezer section. I wonder if they know how to defrost the compartment. The shower floor could use some fresh paint. Everything functioned. The price was right.」

We walked to the event we attended at the civic center and the surroundings felt very safe. 「My second stay within 2 weeks. Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. 」

「It needed a *little* upgrading - like the drain in our bathroom sink as a little bit clogged and the chrome part of the shower dial, 1/2 of it was rubbed off and not shiny like the rest and made it look a little old.. but again these are small cosmetic details that can be easily fixed. Also it would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker, so we brought our own - but other than this the stay was perfect! :-)」

「I had a 4 night stay. I did not know the maid service was on the third day, I left my shower toiletries in the shower. They took my toiletries. Not a big deal. Feel like they should know if the tenant is still there. 」

「Parking was easy, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was so good! The TV didn't have a lot of channels that I saw and the wifi was pretty weak, but I wasn't in my room for most of the days so that didn't impact my stay very much. Would stay here again :)」
