「Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment.」

「We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all.」

「Decent hotel, staff was friendly. Had to check in a day early with a different reservation and they combined them with no issue. Beds were comfy, pillows were rock hard. Rooms were clean, but the bathroom corners definitely needed a good cleaning as they seem to look like they've never been touched. Halls were clean, besides the second floor reaked of weed, all weekend. Pool area was also dirty with beer cans lying all along the pool area. Breakfast was decent, and breakfast staff was super...

「The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.」

「Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here.」
