I gave "Staff & service" 2 stars because while check-in was 5 stars, I repeatedly pushed the "push for service" button, the morning after, for them to unlock the door so I could check out but they never answered ... and I wanted my paper receipt. So I dropped my room keycard in the lock box and departed. Disappointed.
