「I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. 「Had a boat parking wasn’t great other than that it was good」

「The mattress was set on a metal frame. I hit my knee on one of the brackets twice. The mattress was hard & the frame popped very loudly when I sat on the bed. The air conditioning was cold, though.」

「WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked a 2-bed hotel room. When we showed up, it was a 1-bed hotel room. And they REFUSED to fix. Problem #2: Our reservation was thru May 21, not thru May 20. They refused to honor that. And they REFUSED to fix. WORST HOTEL EVER.」
