「Loved the wonderful service and family friendly care. Bed was comfy with snuggly comfy pillows and duvet. Breakfast was well prepared on beautiful old fashioned crockery, so well looked after. It was quaint and cute...had everythibg i needed. Lookibg forward to going back」

「We really loved our stay at Park Farm Hotel. The perfect balance of great service, excellent rooms and facilities but super relaxed and not stuff at all. The staff are a huge credit to this hotel - knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The wonderfully maintained outside space with lots of lovely trees and shrubs really add to the atmosphere - looking out at the Japanese maples from the jacuzzi was a really treat. The only suggestion is make is to offer a non-dairy...

「We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!! The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍 The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty . The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained. Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area ! the little snug was stunning id...

「We arrived later than planned and called ahead - this wasn't a problem. Room was clean, shower hot with great pressure, bed super comfy and breakfast was delicious (we'll definitely be back to dine for lunch or dinner!). Place is wonderfully done throughout and staff all kind and approachable. We could hear loud snoaring from the adjacent room (nothing some white noise can't drown out on our phones!) but we appreciate it's part of staying in an old characterful property. Great value for money...

「The property was great, good parking, easy check in and very clean. My only complaint was the fact there is no mirror in the main room where the dressing table area is so when getting ready and straightening my hair and doing make up it wasn’t convenient with only a mirror in the bathroom. But it wouldn’t stop me coming back. The pub next door was amazing food and atmosphere and the staff where very very good. Would return. 「Gave a lower score for service because we had to wait over an hour for food and when it finally arrived, as it had been sitting under a heat lamp the pastry was rock hard and very difficult to cut into. The delay was blamed on a wedding taking place, sorry, thats not my problem, any possible delays to food should be communicated, so customers can choose to go elsewhere.」
