"Front desk staff and Managers are nice. But the wait. The dirtiness. The broken everything. And a single microwave in the hallway for the whole floor to use. Terribly understaffed and it shows. We won’t be back! "

"The hotel was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The room was much larger than I expected. The only thing I would recommend is to update the mattresses. I slept okay but the beds were not very comfortable. If I ever make it back to Branson, I will absolutely stay there again. It was a short drive to pretty much all the things we were doing. Also being able to see the Sight & Sound theater from the parking lot was pretty cool."

"The breakfast select was over the top hut and good. The check in was great as l had to change a room with no issues. "

"The room was clean and updated. We enjoyed the pool and Hot Tub. The continental breakfast was good and had a lot of options. We will stat here again."

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "
