「Bug-infested rooms, indifferent staff, avoid at all costs We checked in on July 3rd and discovered bugs on the bed, on the walls, and in the bathroom — every surface in the room was infested. We were traveling with our dog and were genuinely frightened about exposing her to whatever this was. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was almost unbelievable: the attendant offered to “come up and make the bed,” as if this were a housekeeping inconvenience rather than an infestation....

「This is a new hotel which is probably the only reason why it is still reasonably clean and not run down. Nothing, I repeat, nothing is included in the price of the room. It has a full kitchen, but no kitchen ware to cook with… but there is an option to buy them at the front desk. 1 pot, 1 pan, no kitchen utensils. Had to go out and buy them if I wanted to use the kitchen for anything other than the fridge and microwave, which is available in most regular hotel rooms. Not sure what the point is...

「This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable.
