The staff team was the best part of the stay. Especially Cristina in the bar and the young woman who was at the front desk. The rest was not good: the bedding was thin and worn, cracked paint in the shower ceiling and a loud and unpredictable HVAC system. I would probably not stay here again, especially with so many options within walking distance.

The room was fine, loved the krups coffee machine and bought better coffee pods, cleaning staff awesome, friendly, helpful and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The night deak gal also so nice helpful and friendly and helped me with my receipt. Thinking her name was Keeme?Been coming to area 25 yrs for my health but first time staying with y'all . The corridor was dirty, the room carpet was stained. The AC was horribly loud, you couldn't sleep next to it, but if you turned it off the room cooled down really quickly. The stuff wasn't helpful, could not help with the AC and the room temperature. They only gave us thin blankets, we had to sleep in jumpers. There were no automatic housekeeping, we had to ask for it. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it.
