「Nice place.」

「Very nice hotel. I liked everything about my stay except for the strong perfumed elevator and Lobby. It would trigger headaches and my allergies. I would have gotten drinks at the bar in the lobby more. I only ate breakfast my first morning there because I couldn’t tolerate that strong scent that made me sick. 」

「Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. 」

「Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was fresh and included many options. Hotel is very conveniently located near downtown Nashville while being out of the noise and congestion of the city. Would stay here again for sure. 」

「The room was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The hallway outside my room was overwhelmingly aromatic. I'm one of those people who doesn't handle strong perfumy smells very well but it was just in the hallway and not in my room. And that's better than a stale smoky smell to be sure. Breakfast was not bad but I think the eggs were powdered and when I went to refill my coffee after I finished eating the coffee container was empty. Not a dealbreaker but a little annoying.
