「Where to start… arrived having booked and paid for the gite with a kitchen for the two of us and our dog. We are told it’s not available and we’ve been given a room in the main house. That was ok with us (though meant we had to eat sandwiches) but there was no apology or even good customer attitude - just a sense that we had really put them out by booking a room the day before they had a wedding on. We were then shown the room and told not to touch some of the beds as they were already made up...
