I really loved this place! The staff is great, friendly, efficient, helpful, going out of their way to help and anticipate your needs. They really made me feel comfortable and safe. The property is beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and just 10 min walk from great shopping, dinning and all the action. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was just what I needed. Highly recomendable.

This is a wonderful place to stay - clean and full of charm. The staff is lovely, helpful and professional. We had a lovely breakfast - wonderful food presented beautifully. It’s a smaller property and you get personal service. Would be happy to stay there again!

The place was charming and elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast was plentiful and is in easy walking distant to many historic sites. Would definitely stay again

Good place to stay in Reims

Lovely hotel with an old-fashioned style (in a good way!), spacious rooms, with the water, coffee/tea set. Bathroom with bath and shower has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet location, walking distance to the centre and Reims Cathedral.

Great location in a mansion house

Great location minutes away from sights and square and free tram and bus stop. Delicious breakfast good choice of buffet. Reception staff were excellent very helpful. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Would recommended staying here in this gorgeously renovated mansion house.

This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday.

Designer room provided with air conditioning, large water each day, and private swimming in the pool. Very good towels and water pressure. Need to walk at least 10 or 15 minutes for restaurants. Otherwise, I enjoy walking and champagne houses, Les Halles and the Gare are a mile or less. Uber is good.

From a charming historical period

The service staff were very nice and helpful with everything. I was a little dismayed to find out no one is there after 11pm. My room was comfortable, bed, etc, bathroom, windows and parking on site. it is well situated for walking, you can walk for miles and find anything you need. I would stay here again.

Excelente location near Museum, Chinatown and good restaurants. The property is not upscale, but has nespreso machine in room, good bed, towels and water pressure. Front desk staff very nice, they asssird with luggage. However, 2x in one afternoon , not evening, when I was in my room staff entered without knocking. They say turn down service but inexcusable how could that possibly be in the afternoon. I won't recommend or stay again. This has never occurred in any other hotel I've stayed in the world. Other than regular cleaning staff should never be entering rooms. I did alert reception.

Quaint French hotel stay

Lovely stay in a typically French style hotel. Really liked the decor. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Parking is tight if you drive a 4x4 so be prepared to find alternative parking spots on the street as the approach to the parking is a tight squeeze and do damage to your alloys. I expected more for the cost of breakfast. It’s 19 euros pp for a selection of mini pastries, baguette, one boiled egg, orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, tea/coffee. Not great options for diabetics or those with gestational diabetes. Some sausages, scrambled eggs or bacon would have been nice. Overall the food was fresh.
