「Vijay and Emma are newer owners of this hidden gem. The entire property has been upgraded. Immaculate, fresh bed linens and towels, washcloths etc. Also, my room had a refrigerator which I did not anticipate. That was definitely a plus!」

Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. 「The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

「Great classical inn. Room 11 was well appointed. But, I couldn't get a full night's sleep because of super thin wall in room 11. I heard every word of my neighbors normal conversation past midnight. I was told that particular room has this problem but they rent it out anyway. At off season rate of $240 I should be able to sleep.
