She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. 「Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. 」

「My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all. Amazing meal prepared in-house by a couple that seems fully invested in their guests' stay! 10/10 Would definitely stay again!」

Fácil aparcar a partir de una hora determinada: en recepción nos avisaron a la habitación cuando vieron que se quedaba algún sitio libre.
