「This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better.」

My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again.」

「I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day. Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball. 「The room was clean and stocked with towels. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. Free cookies at check in were tasty! They did not notify us at check in about WiFi or breakfast but we figured it out. Nice stay for family. No elevator!」
