"Absolutely horrid place. Total front and I would be embarrassed if I ran the place. I was put in a room had water stains all over ceiling and the ceiling was leaking water. Toilet paper holder handing out of wall, toilet seat barely attached. Pool ladder broken with no signs warning and rusted area in pool. We were not informed at check in that water would be shut off for 5 hours next day. Ended up being no water ever cause something exploded. Had to get a different hotel. If I was the owner the manager would be fired or place shut down. I will never stay at at Hilton again because of this experience."
