「Our room was large and comfortable. We had a choice of a hot breakfast, in addition to the fruit plate, which was always beautifully presented and delivered with a smile. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Cristina who helped us arrange our plans for the next day. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other sites. 」

「This apartment-hotel is conveniently situated within a few blocks of Centro, but in a quiet area. It provides access to an abundance of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The 17 apt-complex has attractive decor and is modern in design - great for digital nomads! It is manned onsite 12/7. The management & staff are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again when in the area.」

「Excellent stay for 4 nights (with my husband and daughter). Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, access to rooftop deck for sunset and morning views of Volcano Popocopetl. Nice to have fitness room, but it could use a couple of mats and a few more weights and some other bands/balls/etc. one machine was not operating when plugged in but I was able to use it without power. Filtered hot and cold water was available in the lobby. Nice stay !」

「While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel. 」
