"The room was so-so on the cleanliness, there were stains on the white comforter. There were not nearly enough power outlets near the bed. The bellman Michael was exceptional and friendly. He was a highlight for sure. The front desk staff, security and other hotel staff we met were so friendly and fun. My biggest complaint was the shuttle. The drop off was further than explained, but that was fine. It was the pick up. We had to call the hotel to see what was taking the shuttle so long. There were over 40 people waiting but I got asked by staff if we were at the right spot. The communication in this area was less than stellar. My only other complaint was that when we checked in, we asked for a late check out at noon instead of 11. This didn’t get noted and we had several staff continually coming to the door while we were trying to pack saying we were overtime. If we had known they would be so ridiculous, we would have just left at 11. I’m not sure if we will stay here again."

"Mold in the shower. Couldn’t find the switch to bathroom fan. Food was ok. "

"Bathroom was not clean, need a deep cleaning-sink was clogged( they did fix that issue) trash overflowing near elevator from check in to check out (3 day stay). Casino was nice, staff pleasant and helpful"
