各方面都不错的酒店
每次来石景山区出差都会住在这里。酒店工作人员非常热情，不厌其烦。有一次由于走的匆忙，忘了开发票。打电话咨询后不到5分钟，收到了发票已经寄出的短信，点个赞！房间干净，酒店内部走过的每个位置都没有烟味，夜里非常安静。赞一下设备齐全的健身房，对酒店客人24小时开放。另外，酒店位置极佳，商务办公楼及购物饮食都近在咫尺。交通也非常便利，离地铁口不远，方便每次乘北京西站火车往返的我。而且酒店就在长安街的延长线上，想去内城天安门广场游览也无需转车或绕路。天气好的时候，可以骑辆共享单车，一直往西骑，去西边不远的山脚下踏青，即锻炼了身体，也偷得片刻休闲。下次来石景山区还会选择再次入住 :)

房间里煮水的壶该换了！都不会自动关，烧开了以后还要手动把电源拔了才行！把手特别烫！差点把我烫伤！我觉得酒店整体四星级水平。偏商务不适合家庭度假。。几乎没有啥绿化。虽然这个价格也不能要求太高。房间里的浴缸很大很舒服。房间也不小。就是换气不太好用，导致屋子里很闷。

硬件设施挺舒服的，早餐也可口。前台办事也很热情，就是想让前台接电话实在实在太费劲了！每次打电话总机转前台，可是就是都不接电话，要等很久很久，接了态度就很好了，可是就是不接！真有事特别闹心！ 另外提醒大家定好房间入住前提前和酒店的前台确认下，每次都是预订收到了，可是前台没收到，到了还得在那等，特别影响心情！

熱情但需要細心
櫃台服務人員熱心,但不小心,兩張房卡的其中一張,房號弄錯,害肚子痛的我,上下跑兩次確認,放間地毯有汙漬,很噁心,這不是清潔人員的問題,他們態度不錯,淋浴間的邊角很髒,飯店外的環境有賣場,但走到捷運站要15分鐘左右

Room size big enough for 3 star standard not five star. Decoration too old, the floor is broken near window. Main entrance, there are many illegal taxi, unbelievable.

萬達嘉華酒店優
飯店品質非常好，自助早餐也非常棒！旁邊就是家樂福 電影院，採買非常方便。如要外食，旁邊有很多選擇。唯一美中不足的是，離八寶山地鐵站有點遠，走路要八分鐘左右，天氣冷就有點不太舒服。

住宿房間的選擇
四天的行政樓層住宿經驗，一定要分享給欲將入住的朋友；行政樓層夏天要入住的話請選北面，不然到半夜都還會覺得空調不涼，實際上是因為太曬了，熱氣根本退不了；我想冬天入住就沒有任何的問題。跟飯店反應之後，回程的入住他們就將房間換置北面，稍稍有緩減解＂悶鹹魚＂的感覺。２１的行政酒廊環境不錯，服務員很客氣；是我在２２樓曬昏的時候，避暑的好地方。延遲退房到１６：００的服務和入住可以停車的服務都有大大加分的效果。一樓女生廁所馬桶原本裂開，坐下去會夾屁股的狀況，再向櫃檯反映後，這次以見更新修復，早餐不錯，但是對連住好幾天的客人而言，變化就真的不大了。房間門把後的掛牌（可以掛在門外標示給服務人員看的牌子）太銳利了，割傷了我的手兩次。住遍世界各地飯店，萬達北京是目前唯一沒把明信片寄達的酒店，真的好奇怪唷！

很舒適的飯店
房間很大非常的舒適。周邊環境也很好方便，離捷運站只需步行五分鐘。 可惜的是離市中心較遠，從飯店周邊的捷運站到市中心約20分鐘左右。

We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

Buon hotel, ampio buffet per colazione e cena. Comodo con la metro, fermata babaosh, linea 1, senza cambi fino a tienamen, wangfujin, etc. Carrefour e wanda centro commerciale a 20 metri. Prezzo un pò sopra la media ma comunque adeguato alla qualità.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.
