This property is hidden down an alley near a residential neighborhood and steps from lively Wangfungin pedestrian street offering high end shopping, street entertainment and metro, with Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City easy walking distance. Location is superb. There are massive hotel brands nearby but this felt cozy. Fang Fang, the consistently smiling host, and front desk work hard to accommodate non Chinese speaking guests and can assist with any plans including Great Wall and Tiananmen Square access last minute. Breakfast leaned towards authentic chinese fare and delicious. Cats in courtyard and free tea and coffee make this a memorable stay.

The staff at the hotel was great and Mrs Fang was the best, it was close to main tourist attraction, clean and others. The only issue that I had was that according to Expedia I have free breakfast but it was only for one person, we were 4 in my family and I reported 4 on the reservation which included free breakfast. 😪 Edy 😪

Fang Fang was the most helpful person in the place and everyone was great, she stood out and was always so helpful making me maps, giving me tips and always making time to help me when my phone wasn't working. If you're traveling to Beijing this place is a great location easy walk to The Forbidden City. Just put a VPN on your phone cuz China blocks all normal American apps, email, messenger, and socials.

The room itself was very nice although the bed was too big for the room. My feet didn’t fit on the floor sitting on the side of the bed (which was very comfortable) and good thing I was solo because no one would be able to get in on the other side. My room was on the main floor near the elevator and I was woken up several times at night with people talking loudly by my room on the way to the elevator. Not the hotel’s fault but people should have more consideration. How would it be if I went up to your floor and talked loudly in the hall especially if you just got your kids to sleep! The staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was included in my room which was very tasty with many options. Especially helpful was Fang Fang. The hotel is very close to Wangfujing subway station and seems like a popular pick up spot for tours. I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again (on a higher floor LOL).

Very close to Wangfujing walk street , excellent location, famous restaurants, food just in walking distance, also has one day tip available if you want to go to Great Wall, summer palace. Location is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful although they need to improve their English communication. We stayed there for several non-consecutive days. The first time we got a reasonable size but small room. The second time the room was so small that we had to put the luggage right in front of the door, so in case of emergency, this could have been a big problem. It is a good hotel but choose it only if you have hand luggage, or not planning much shopping. Otherwise the extremely small size becomes very inconvenient.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was conveniently located. There's a metro stop right there so that can help you get around. The Wi-Fi was a little iffy in the room that we were in, but I don't know that that would be the case everywhere. The staff was helpful. When we needed help with booking tickets and things like that, there was a person acting as a concierge who was able to help. If I was going back I would stay there again.

Here's a refined version of your hotel review with improved flow and grammar: Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. We booked a triple room, which provided plenty of space and was comfortable for our needs throughout our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and share useful tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location was excellent. The nearest subway station was only a 3 to 4 minute walk away, and there were plenty of convenience stores and shops within 5 minutes on foot. There are also numerous restaurants nearby serving delicious food at very reasonable prices, but be sure to try the hotel's own restaurant as well. The food was excellent and well worth a visit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.
