The check in staff in the morning weren't welcoming or approachable, but the check out staff, security, and housecleaning were pleasant. The room was tight, artificial window, poor sound isolation. I could hear multiple conversations from different directions from room 2020. The free washer, dryer, and detergent were greatly appreciated. I could smell cigarettes being smoked in the morning and in the evening. Not a place worth going out of the way to come back to. More of a drive by option.
