My only slightly negative comment on my staff was having to wait 40 minutes to check in, as the room wasnt prepared, however to thier credit the hotel apologised and gave a complimentary gift. I have still rated everything as excellent, as i have stayed here 10 plus times over the past few years and have never had an issue. "
