The staff here are so welcoming and knowledgeable about PTown and the Cape, in general. They encourage guests to mingle and get to know each other. There's one guy who appears to live on site, in a room overlooking the pool, who can be a bit nasty at times with a horrible attitude. Even though he's a guest, he is ALWAYS there and not very pleasant to other guests. Stay clear of him and your stay should be fine.

Cory is a wonderful and hospitable owner, we stayed just for night, but our impressions was much bigger. Comfortable room with big bed and clean bathroom, amazing breakfast, perfectly located. I can not make the full description because you should stay and feel it, feel kindness and care. Now P-town for us is a 7 inn, it was really lucky choice. Thank You, Cory! See you next time.

No issues at all. Short walk to everything. Front desk folks were very welcoming. Very pleased

The Breakwater was $100 for the night and reviews said it was conveniently located next to the beach so we gave it a try. The stay surprised me and exceeded expectations. It seems like a locally ran and well managed property with new furniture and decor. The beach was literally across the street and gave us a beautiful view at sunset. Staff was friendly and wifi was solid. Thanks!!!

The property is terrific with outdoor hot tub, swimming pool and more. The staff went out of there way to make us comfortable and happy. The room was wonderful, the mattress perfect, and beyond clean. There was nothing to complain about even if one wanted to. From the outdoor cocktail hour to the morning breakfast the hotel staff went out of their way to please the guests. Even the janitorial staff were friendly and inviting. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Really wonderful. ...

We had a great stay. Rooms are wonderful. Location is very good.

This was our second visit, and it was just as good as the first. Love the staff, love the atmosphere... love everything about it!

This was our first time staying at this property as well as our first time in Provincetown. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Paul greeted us and gave us a tour of the property and all the amenities. Not only are the rooms beautiful and the location ti commercial street ideal but the communal spaces are amazing too. Breakfast was wonderful and having access to coffee/tea/juices 24/7 was so nice, especially to bring out by the fire pit at night. All the staff was so welcoming and...

The house was beautiful! The owners were great, friendly and very helpful. The house is located right off of Commercial St. where all the best dinning and shopping are located. It is also a short drive from the National Seashore for hiking, biking and beaching. I would highly recommend this establishment.

location excellent AND greeted by MAY !!!!! the sweetest and most lovable dog in residence. What a wonderful way to start the day with a wet nose and wagging tail.

Best place in P Town. May wife and I have been staying at the Surfside since 1992. Beach on one side Pool on the other. Fire pit, friendly and competent staff great location. Love the Surfside.

A delightful place in delightful Provincetown! Lovely Bradford St views out one side, a private courtyard balcony on the other, property adjacent to the Pilgrim Monument, breakfast made to order... What's not to love?

Great place to stay at, super friendly and accommodating staff, will definitely book a room next time we are in Provincetown. Make sure to stick around for hands down one of best breakfasts in town.

Beautiful hotel- comfortable, convenient, warm.

First time visited Cape Cod. By chance chose to stay at this hotel in PTown. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, well kept. Staff, especially Dale the manager, is very nice and welcoming. Location is perfect, only a few minutes walking distance to Commercial Street where you can dine and shop, and few minutes to the waterfront. Breakfast tastes good with plenty varieties. Purchasing hotel parking at $14 per night to avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot is recommended. Will recommend this hotel...

We had an incredible stay for our honeymoon! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet during this time of year; and centrally located to pretty much everything else in Ptown. The hotel manager, Tim, was excellent. Very attentive and checked in frequently, without being overbearing. He was also super familiar with the area, suggesting plenty of activities and restaurants we could go to, plus all the events happening in the hotel itself. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant stay, and we wlll...

I can’t recommend Harbor Hotel Provincetown enough! A bit of a last minute booking unknown, and what a pleasant surprise when we got there. Very smart, modern but comfortable. Crista (Krista?) was absolutely lovely when we checked in, friendly, delightful to chat with, and very helpful with all questions Provincetown. Excellent guest service! As we were staying there on slower nights off-season, the hotel was generous enough to give us an upgrade – very stylish twin bathrooms, one by the...

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The manager had a fruit, crackers and cheese tray waiting for us in our room at check in along with a card wishing us a happy 30th wedding anniversary. We loved the big pool and enjoyed a day exploring First Encounter Beach and Nauset Light area. We plan on returning in the near future.
