Premiere Classe Roissy - Aéroport CDG - Le Mesnil Amelot

2/10 Terrible

"This place was not clean at all. There was a cockroach in my room, where I was staying with my friends, and it was not clean at all. There was also no staff to check in, and it was in the other building, which had a nicer, better vibe. But I had to print my own card and check myself in. The only good part about this stay was that the other hotel's staff member was so sweet. I asked him to call us a cab, and he did. When we came back from our visit, he ensured that our cab had in fact arrived. Because there was no staff available when we were checking in and out, there was no one to complain to, so not a good stay. Don't recommend this place."

"The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. Be aware that this is not the first time it happened. Upon reading other reviews, other people had the same experience. Do not stay in this hotel!"

"Although the property is cleaned, this was the oldest Hilton I ever stay in. I will say it has not been refreshed/updated for the last 20 years at a minimum. Old carpet, no USB ports and lots of noises. They gave me a room fitted for handicap therefore, no shower, only a bath!"
