「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「Great location in town. The room was spacious in a newer annexe of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel building is old and shows the charm of a small European boutique hotel. Breakfast was buffet style and costs extra. Selections were adequate and good. If you are in Beaune for the winery visit - this is the place to stay.」

「ボーヌ滞在でとても気に入った宿です。旧市街を歩いて楽しめる便利な立地で、歴史を感じる建物そのものにも趣があります。室内は明るく、とても気持ちのよい空間でした。天井は3メートルを裕に超える高さがあり、大きな窓と相まって素晴らしい開放感があります。ベッドのシーツもとても気持ちよく、毎晩快適に眠れました。 キッチンも使いやすく、食洗機の性能も申し分ありません。エアコンもしっかり効き、数日滞在していて設備面で不自由を感じることがありませんでした。到着時にはクレマンが用意されていたのも、ボーヌらしい嬉しいおもてなしでした。 そして何より、オーナーがとてもフレンドリー。気さくで親切で、滞在中ずっと気持ちよく過ごすことができました。立地、室内の居心地、設備、ホスピタリティのすべてに満足です。ボーヌを再訪するときには、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Nice location and walking distance to old town」

「The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The parking worked out, even though limited. The hotel was on the edge of the part of town near attractions. The staff spoke English and was helpful with all needs including restaurant suggestions (although a bit far), reservations, extra pillows, ice and an ice bucket and washcloths (which is rare). The only downside was that all reservations were booked the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was closed the second night. It would have been...

「Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Everything was very walkable from there to enjoy the beautiful town of Beaune. I would definitely stay there again. Helpful hint. We walked from the train station with our rolling small suitcases. The google directions had us walking through town which was tough with the cobblestone. When we went back to the train station we stayed on the sidewalk that goes around the town. A few minutes longer but so much easier.」
