Wonderful night at the Regis

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel and room was very clean. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing. We chose the lamb and veal, tres being. Christmas decorations were superb.

Welcoming hotel in Chalon s/ Soane

This was a nice hotel in one of the larger cities in the Burgundy area. Great proximity to shopping and the river. The hotel's bar and restaurant were a cozy place to have a meal or breakfast each morning. Parking was around the block and very secure. The rooms are clean but nothing fancy.

We were please at the location. We had very helpful staff. Great room, with separate toilet to bathroom. Unfortunately no fridge for cooling drinks. Beautiful breakfast very reasonable.

Good city centre hotel

Easy check in. Polite staff. Directed us to hotel parking precisely. Room small but functional. Nice bathroom, modern. Breakfast a good choice, but juice, eggs not replaced. Coffee was horrible. Left to stew. Hotel needs a proper coffee machine. Was only let down of this hotel.

The very dark corridors make you feel uncomfortable. In the room was terrible smell of a sewerage not allowing to sleep. Bathroom.was very dated and definitely need renovation.

nice hotel within easy reach of the town centre. rooms are nice with tea and coffee. great breakfast. Parking is on the street which is free after 8pm and all day Sunday

The property is desperately in need of updating. Air conditioning didn’t work but nothing was done. Toilet ran constantly and nothing was done. Paid 16 euros for breakfast and there was hardly any food but service was still another 75 minutes. I had a mini muffin and some fruit. There had been scrambled eggs & bacon bug they were gone and no more was brought out. Coffee machine was not working. Halls were so dark that we had to turn on our lights on our phones. I will never stay there again.
