「Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅」

「Loved this stay. Quaint little village.」

「The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads, cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!」

「Hôtel merveilleusement bien placé et très agréable. Service et nourriture de qualité. La chambre vue mer est très agréable. Hôtel hautement recommandé.」

「Très bien situé, stationnement à proximité, très bon service」

「nice and clean」

「Friendly staff good hot tub」

「Fabulous hotel stay. Large room with very comfortable beds, house keeping excellent, breakfast very good with excellent hot and cold food choices. Amazing pool with various sunbathing areas and sufficient loungers. Good snack bar for lunches and drinks by pool. Good indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Walkable into old town, with supermarket, and good bars and restaurants in local vicinity.」

「Very disappointed with the room as we booked a sea view -we were on the 4th but there was a ledge leading off our balcony - and the bushes growing there were so high that when we sat down we could only see these and not the ocean. Also whilst getting dressed in the room a gardener walked across our balcony which was very uncomfortable as the curtains are black outs so need to be left open. On the second morning we thought would have our tea standing by the balcony railings so we could see the...

「Good location, we walked into town a few times or a short bus/taxi ride. Bus right outside the hotel including the airport bus. Really good breakfast, some more vegetarian options would be great. Staff especially reception staff were really helpful. Didn't like: upgrading to partial sea view was disappointing.」

「Need some refurnishment. Not convenient to check in and out with remote controller of air conditioner and TV - suggest to keep in room. Good seaview of room is the advantage but prefer more comfortable stay...」

「The rooms were super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The casino was really nice Breakfast was excellent」

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

「Great hotel with indoor pool, however despite being heated , the temperature was quite cold. Other than that, hotel is fantastic and very beautiful.」
