「Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅」

「Loved this stay. Quaint little village.」

「The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads, cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!」

「Très bien situé, stationnement à proximité, très bon service」

「Hôtel merveilleusement bien placé et très agréable. Service et nourriture de qualité. La chambre vue mer est très agréable. Hôtel hautement recommandé.」

「nice and clean」

「Friendly staff good hot tub」

「Hotel covers the basics but it’s too expensive vs what’s being offered」

Also whilst getting dressed in the room a gardener walked across our balcony which was very uncomfortable as the curtains are black outs so need to be left open. On the second morning we thought would have our tea standing by the balcony railings so we could see the...

「Immer sehr sauberes Zimmer, das Pool sehr gut zum Relaxen....man fühlt sich sehr wohl, auch durch das freundliche Personal, wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig」

「Great Ocean View from balcony. Overall cleanliness of hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of food provided, just perhaps not enough choice for picky eaters (alot of seafood and vegetables)...perhaps could have more plain meat options for picky eaters. Other than that good choice of hotel.」

「Great staff. Clean.」

「Fabulous hotel stay. Large room with very comfortable beds, house keeping excellent, breakfast very good with excellent hot and cold food choices. Amazing pool with various sunbathing areas and sufficient loungers. Good snack bar for lunches and drinks by pool. Good indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Walkable into old town, with supermarket, and good bars and restaurants in local vicinity.」
