My only complaint was the lack of transparency for requested early check in. I would prefer a ‘no’ rather than we will see and call you.. I checked every 30 min for status. If i knew it would never happen then I would have made other plans during that time. Expectations matter. "

However, my room really didn’t match what I had booked, there wasn’t any hot water in my room, and the towel rack fell out of the wall. So just a few things that detracted from the stay, but quiet and comfortable otherwise and beach access down the street. "
