「This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.」

「I love everything about The Breakers in Montauk, this was our second trip here and cannot wait to return. The cottages are meticulous, updated and super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great very quiet and relaxing. The view is amazing, at the beach and the ocean. You can see the ocean from the cottages in the pool and a very easy trail across the street to the beach.Super easy stay, great parking, easy to walk to town, great places to dine. Will definitely return next...

「Good location. Pretty beach. Didn't care for pool directly outside patio. 10 am checkout for a vacation rental is objectionable. Although we were very grateful to receive a text saying that we could check in at around 2:30, a standard checkin time of 5 pm per web site is ridiculous. But overall a pleasant stay.」

「This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon.」
