「I felt the room was just fine. I would have liked to have the breakfast go till 10. A little later on a weekend would be nice.」

「My wife was hurt by a protruding bed frame part when getting into bed and when the hotel was made aware of it they said they were sorry and would give us a discount on the room price but, when we checked out we were told that it couldn't be done because we booked the room with Hotels.com!」

「An employee named Chris met me at the check in area and was so sweet and friendly. Really went out of his way to help me with my luggage and rolled the luggage gondola to my room. I'm nearly 80 years old and have back and leg problems. I didn't ask him, he just helped! The hallways are clean and fresh, the room pristine.I definitely wilk come back here again. 」

「The room I was in was nicely renovated and spotless (room 54). The bed was very comfortable, there was a lighted mirror in the bathroom for makeup. There was a refrigerator and microwave and a large TV. The exterior of the property looks run down but I think they are slowly doing renovations. I don't know if they have long term residents there or not, one of the upstairs windows had a "F Biden" flag on it which made me uncomfortable.
