「I stayed in this hotel a year ago and had an excellent experience. Another in our group did not and went to another hotel. I came back this year and my experience went from excellent to average. My knocks on this trip are, when we got to our room there was a half drank bottle of ice tea (I’m assuming it was from house keeping) sitting in the middle of our room, no Kleenex in the holder in the bathroom, there was an empty pizza box left in the hallway that sat in the hallway for two days and...
