「Staff was excellent and restaurants were superb. The room was clean but the property is old and could use some renovation. There was only one night where the noise was too loud (at 3am) but one call to the front desk and it was promptly addressed! 」

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ITC Royal Bengal from April 14 - 25, 2024. It was a very positive experience. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. 「I have to give them 5* just for the location and the great staff. From reception to housekeeping and security, everybody is very friendly and trying their best. The property itself is tired. No lobby or lounge as such, no elevator. I saw some elderly people struggle on the stairs. Their traditional suites are larger rooms with a small couch. The heritage is there but I would rate the property an average 2* and it is overpriced.」
