I should have done a little more research on my end, this hotel is basic. Which is okay if that’s what you need. The hotel itself is pretty dated showing signs of wear and tear. The rooms are a nice size but the bathrooms remind me of a boat bathroom very plastic. There is no morning coffee available for guests but there is a restaurant which we did not use. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. But it was okay for our 1 night stay.
The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. What made the hotel unique was the excellent level of service and the warm atmosphere created by the staff, which made the stay especially comfortable and enjoyable.
My family of four spent the last night of our Japan trip here in order to be close to Haneda airport. The staff were friendly, accommodating and the room was clean. It was also relatively close to many things including Tokyo Station and the Yakult Swallows field. a couple of great coffee and bakery shops just down the street. It perfectly suited our needs.
The employees at this location are extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. The toiletries provided to the guests are amazing. We stayed in 3 hotels during our 10 day stay in Japan and this was my favorite. It was the quietest, least popular, least expensive, and the best.
Convenient location for Haneda Airport, but the stay was disappointing. I was charged for early check-in and then assigned a room on the second floor, which does not appear to be a designated guest-room floor. The elevator area and corridors were unclean, with dirty towel baskets and other items left out. Staff were also unfriendly and unwelcoming. Good location, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
great location and this room provided the most space of all of our various accommodations. It was still a bit tight for 4--given our kids are teenagers. But the accommodation was great in terms of location, and cost for size/amenities in such a great location. Highly recommend.
Great breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms were tight for 3 people, but fine for 2. Good location near to subway stations. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Close to a number of convenience stores (Lawsons etc) and restaurants. Would stay here again.
the check in process was amazing and the extra tooth brush & towels and all extra items in bathroom was very nice room person was very sweet & kind left her a tip . Awesome group of 29 guest thank you
Great location for Haneda arrival. Super easy to get to with monorail. Good location walkable to Ginza and Tokyo Tower. Close to Jr lines and metro. Lots of good food nearby. Decent sized rooms for Tokyo. Great for groups of 3 or more
