「Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.」

「The layout of the rooms were very nice also the breakfast was plentiful and also the staff was very helpful with all the questions that I asked them. And when I come back to Hot springs Arkansas again I will be staying at this hotel. My experience at the hotel was very nice.」

「本人喜欢睡硬床，这里的床太软」

「I’ve stayed here several times. Had some problems last time, but everything was fine this go around.」

「The house and rooms are gorgeously appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the property is very conveniently located. The owners are also incredibly friendly and helpful, and they cook up the best breakfasts and baked goods, which are available 24/7.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the property was in need of a lot of repairs. Our door handle was broken. Cracks everywhere and small holes in walls. We killed a roach in our room. Our bedding was super clean and smelled of bleach so that was good. Also there was a bad natural gas smell and caused us to wake up with headaches both days. Will never stay here again.」
