「I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.) The room was clean. The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.」

We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car.
