We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. "Excellent clean rooms right at the heart of the old city! This place is literally right next to the Two Towers. Everything you want to see at the city is within the walking distance, and you can also walk 5 min to get to the bus stop to get tickets to San Luca Express! Really enjoyed staying here, and I will surely book again if I were to return to Bologna. Thank you!"
