「The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in.
Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour.
Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.」

Would have preferred if there was a code to get in so we didn't have to communicate our check in time. Appreciated the AC, common kitchen. We didn't know how to use the hot water but realized afterwards that there was hot water.」
