「Perfect location, comfortable rooms but hotel may need a little TLC. There is a smell on the corridors and the lift is ancient but still very functional. Service was however below par. They practically ran out of everything during breakfast for the 3 nights we stayed here. Customers were queuing waiting for food items to be replenished but there seems to be no urgency or should I say the restaurant seems UNDERSTAFFED. The pool was great and quiet whenever we visit. 」

「The hotel was fine. The bar area was nice and modern and the room was large. Its a short walk to the city centre. We were there for the theatre and could walk there from the hotel in 10 mins. Fine for an overnight stay.」

「Stopped over whilst on business. Check in was great, the room was as good as I’ve seen and everything seemed brand new. Free car charging was a great bonus too. One very minor thing was they had super soft pillows or rock hard ones and nothing in between. 」

「This was basically a room for the night as I was attending a friends birthday party. Room was a good size but the bed wasnt the most comfortable. Room was clean. Hotel bar was good. I ate out so didnt sample the food. 」

「Staff is not helpful to solve technical problems, such as operate the air conditioner and the door lock. Perhaps, they aren't trained at these aspects. 」

「The room was clean, well furnished and had a cozy feel. We would stay here again, however, there were some minor issues. The toilet flush ran continuously and was audible at night. The cover over the shower plughole was broken and the lead on the kettle was too short and had to be used on the floor. Also the mattress was too firm for us.」

However, the service we received from the staff team was what we loved the best: in particular, the lady who checked us in was fantastic and a real asset in her role.
