「Clean and comfortable room with enough outlets for a large group. Plenty of room, bed was excellent, and the room came equipped with many amenities laid out in an attractive manner. I was very comfortable there and will definitely use it as my home base when I visit again.」

「Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. 「Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. 」
