「was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. 「This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. 「Cristobal was awesome. Great value for what i paid and very clean. He made an exception despite my late arrival. The shower could use a remodeling. The hotel is very unique with a strong spaniard architectural design. The Cervantes room would be perfect if it was avaliable for coffee ☕️ 」
