「Charming hotel in the middle of Pittsfield. Love the art, decor and overall fell. Rooms are charming and cozy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Great spot to stay with the kids (playroom downstairs is awesome). 「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...
