「The staff was fantastic. I found the room to be stuffy. Air quality not great even with the AC on. The toilets belong in an elementary school not a hotel. Ridiculously low toilets. Other than that my stay was fine and location worked for where I had to go」

「The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM. So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit.」

「Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy.」
