"I was booked for 3 nights. The first night the people next door were arguing (walls are very thin)and kids were running around the cars until midnight. Went to the office the following morning and was told they had left. Night two same people in the room next to mine playing video games until 2AM. I did not stay the 3rd night and lost the money I had paid. Unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the room next door."

"Overall we had an amazing experience! Rachel, our waitress at Landshark restaurant was our first impression of the resort since we arrived early and had lunch to kill some time. Let me just say, she was beyond perfection! That girl's customer service abilities were top knotch! She is meant for management! A manager came to our table as well and even checked on our reservation for us at the front desk while we ate; in hopes we could check in early! We were very impressed with her doing that for us! When we went to check in, there was a man working the front desk (young, blonde gentleman) who seemed to be annoyed when his manager (a delightful woman with long black hair) or anyone for that matter that talked to him. He was young so you don’t expect perfection, but again…Rachel in the restaurant was also young and she absolutely crushed her customer service skills! He just wasn’t personable. Some people are just not meant for hospitality jobs l guess, but hopefully this was just an off day….we all have those! My only other complaint was the lifeguards…I get that it is probably not fun (or well paid) to sit by a loud pool all day, but I’d say 4 out of 6 of the lifeguards we saw looked MISERABLE the whole time we were there;just MEAN MUGGIN! The cleaning staff however were so friendly and pleasant-not only did they say hello but they would thank us for visiting…and they weren’t even taking care of OUR rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this hotel to friends."

"Some of the facility details are outdated like falling ceiling tiles and some lights not working but wonderful staff and amenities close to shopping also"

"The Property is under construction, the Buffet Breakfast consisted of a few small oranges and two apples, stale old bread, a couple of old muffins, funky tasting pancakes from a weird little machine, and funky tasting coffee, This is the worst one yet. The staff is not very helpful at all so if you're going to brave this place just remember, you are on your own for everything else except the pool, that's the only thing that they didn't lie about or forget to mention in advertising. The Hotel is on it's way to being a Holiday Inn, hopefully it improves in the future because right now it's a Holiday OUT."

"Staff were lovely upon check in! Parking super easy! Location amazing for ferry proximity! Room cleanliness? Well… it definitely hadn’t been swept in days. Also used wash cloth found on bathroom floor and stains on sink vanity."
