「The property manager Bill is great! He checked us in and ensured our stay was good through the end of our stay. He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. 「The hotel was nice, you get a free breakfast every morning with a variety of options. The hot breakfast is something different everyday. They do fresh cookies every night at 8. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is availble all day. The coffee was not always hot. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. 「This “ Motel” needs a whole lot of updating. Upon entering the room we noticed there were ants everywhere. So bad that our bed and cupboards were literally infested with them. We told the lady at the front desk and she sprayed vinegar and that was it. We had then crawling on us while trying to sleep. DISGUSTING. The tv dud not work at all the first night. Just buffered because apparently it’s wifi cable and we were told basically nothing they could do because the internet was slow. However...

Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to use the outdoor pool. Loved the s’mores setup they had for guest to cozy up next to the fireplace with a delicious treat. 「Whilst this hotel was extremely clean, spacious and had a brilliant pool and beach area it is extremely dated. The hallway smelt, the decor is dark brown and awful pine furniture. There was no safe in the bedrooms which as a non US traveller is a must. Only 2 towels were provided for 3 people, no bathroom mat and no hand towel. The air con whilst worked was loud and cumbersome. Breakfast had no fresh fruit and every thing had to be put into a single use bowl, plate, you name it.」
