"Location very central, easy access to most places, however apartment itself is below zero rating. It requires full maintenance and deep cleaning. The whole apartment was dirty, dusty with broken equipment (coffee machine that has not been cleaned in years, kettle, taps, showers, curtains, table tops all not changed ever it seemed, towels and bed linen just washed repeatedly and reused), walls with molds and required maintenance and painting especially smelly bathroom due to mould. Company like Expedia and Wonderful Italy should check every nook and corner of the apartment before listing it if they care about their brand and reputation. Notified these issues with the pictures to the Wonderful italy team on WhatsApp and even though they seemed to be taking action about it, nothing happened. It's like talking to the customer service with nice words no action. Getting access code wasn't until the day of check- in so have to keep patience and coordination with the customer service team otherwise prepare to be anxious. Also,some sort of agreement signing, segregating waste yourself and no housekeeping. You also have to wash your dishes since no housekeeping. It's all in the house manual. Not recommended until they fix these issues and make it smoother process as many other B&Bs are. "

"We had a late arrival by train and an early departure so really appreciated the convenience to the train terminal. The area didn’t have much to offer in terms of charm or ambiance, but the hotel was a lovely oasis and great stop over for us. Staff was great, room was lovely, clean, equipped and quiet. And again, th location worked out great for us. "

"Our room was fine but the pillows were awful. The breakfast was good and varied. The lodging was a very long walk from the train station and a fairly long walk from the sites in old town. The staff in the office had limited English and it was hard to communicate.We were told to leave our luggage in the office which was over a mile away from our room. We were given vague directions. And one of the staff Members sitting in the office even stuck her tongue out—very unprofessional! Only when an Italian friend talked to the personnel on the phone did we get helpful information."

"Location is the only thing this property has going for it. Unkempt, bare and dated furnishings. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. A/C did not cool room. Fortunately, I only spent one night, think twice before choosing."

"You will not get more central for a stay in Bari . 2 minutes from Bari central train station . Can get a bit noisy tho. Room is nice and clean and the breakfast token is a nice touch . Would stay again"

"Staff was friendly. Location was decent and room was good sized. Breakfast was continental at best, no tissues in the room, required carrying luggage up one flight of stairs. Evidence of mold developing in the shower. Overall though it was a functional stay"
