「Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Parking extremely challenging… help desk was helpful with check- in. It initially was not a smooth process. Bed was comfortable and location was great. Paid triple the price of my original choice for this hotel, perhaps it was upgraded room, not sure… Overall, nice stay.」

「For me, only saved by the staff and the nice cafe attached where we got breakfast (included) and cocktails (extra!) The room NeVEr got cool, despite having the AC on full. The shower area was extremely grotty and mouldy. We were in the ground floor and unfortunately got a lot of elevator noise, and noise from doors opening from early in the morning. And a hotel in southern Italy having those horrible plastic sachets of instant coffee in the room…??」

No safe in room. Our room was left open after being cleaned and sent text to Management but we never response!」
