「Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me. Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out. Would definitely stay again. 「The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it」

「I often stay in Wollongong and this is the best serviced apartment I've stayed in. Clean, fresh, bright, beautifully decorated and spacious. The apartment had everything I needed plus the extras like boxes of tissues and an extra soft cuddly blanket. I was also able to book for only 1 night (rather than being forced into 2 nights like other places). Reception was great too - fab comms and very helpful. I'll be back!」

They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid.
