"Mediocre at best property. The kindest housekeeping staff. Not really that safe in terms of outside doors locked— you could even enter some of the floors from the street still at 10pm. Staff isn’t really helpful. One staff person refused to take out picture and there wasn’t a single other person in the lobby. Room is very meh. Not worth $450. No facilities. Only a couple rooms have a view. Doors are thin so drunkards coming back at 12-2am can be heard loudly. Staff banging doors and cabinets at 6am to set up their “breakfast” which consists of: Vons bagels and pastries, bruised apples and old cuties, cream cheese and paper cup cereals and Greek yogurt. Couldn’t even splurge to use a local bakery for the baked goods. Inside the room is fine. Nothing special. Like a Best western but without the warm fuzzy feel and delicious evening cookies."

"Walls are paper thin, you can hear every little noise from neighboring rooms such as: snoring, kids, people taking a shower etc. There is no bathtub. The staff is very very nice, the location is great, its clean. The main issue is being woken up by someones snoring and every single little noise."

"This is an affordable place in a great location. They will let you leave luggage after your room has expired which is nice. We did have to wait 30 minutes to check in since no one was present at check in time. Overall no complaints really for the price."

"A beautiful hotel and great location. Pretty flowers and surroundings. The premises are gorgeous. However, no staff on-site. Our keurig was filthy so that was really gross but a clean one was delivered later that day after I texted about it. Our bathroom sink had no hot water after 5 minutes of letting the water run while looking at a sticker on the mirror above the bathroom sink encouraging us to be frugal with our water use. Yikes. It’s a nice enough place, just hoped for better. I won’t stay there again but it’s a good economy option for a mid range price."
