Stayed at El Terado Terrace for a short trip to Avalon and overall had a good experience. The location is a big plus — it’s close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. The outdoor terrace areas are nice, especially for coffee in the morning or winding down at night.

This place exceeded my expectations. We came for a bachelorette party and there were six girls. We got a townhome and we felt very comfortable. Everyone had their own personal space and there are two bathrooms. The guy in the front office was very nice and let us check in early. I would definitely recommend El Terado Terrace to a friend. The only thing that I would say is there is a small hill that takes about 4 to 5 minutes to go up so if you’re an older person I wouldn’t recommend. Overall great experience.

The kitchen was clean and well maintained for cooking. The room could be considered light a small apartment. Definitely great for a longer stay on the island. Everything was in order for my stay. The staff was attentive to my needs, the bbq’s were a nice option for cooking. The manager had a wealth of knowledge about the island, like delivery services, taxi services etc.Overall it was a wonderful experience for myself and my guest.

Kitchen fully equipped to cook your own meals. Highly advised since restaurants are quite expensive on the island. Keurig coffee maker saved the day each morning! Our AC never worked but it stayed cool enough by opening the windows. No jacuzzi or bath tubs on site. You must kayak And Do the horse back riding tour. The beds were very comfortable. We came here on our honeymoon and fell in love with the island and its history.

AC did not work but that did not really matter because of the time of year. Staff was friendly. You can walk everywhere the hill back up was a little climb but if it's too much, just take the local Ride Circuit.

A beautiful hotel and great location. Pretty flowers and surroundings. The premises are gorgeous. However, no staff on-site. Our keurig was filthy so that was really gross but a clean one was delivered later that day after I texted about it. Our bathroom sink had no hot water after 5 minutes of letting the water run while looking at a sticker on the mirror above the bathroom sink encouraging us to be frugal with our water use. Yikes. It’s a nice enough place, just hoped for better. I won’t stay there again but it’s a good economy option for a mid range price.

It was funky and fun location. However, there was extreme pot smells as well as other smells all night. The shower was gross and barely usable. Beds were fine. Kitchen was fine but we didn’t cook in it. There is a nice shared patio in the front.

The air condition did not work it had visible dirt and noisy, once you powered it on the dirt comes out. No amenities as simple as a bottle of water in the fridge to start even if it had to be paid for. A vending machine sits in the front but doesn’t work it takes the money but produces no products. The ice machine dirty. I can go on but there’s not enough space. Over all this place needs to do better especially for the online descriptions and cost.
