I have mix experience about my visit. The check in was great. I was able to check in early. 1 front desk staff was very courteous. When asked for extra pillow, another front desk staff asked if I checked the closet. I said I did but I want the same pillows as those on the bed, which there are only 2. The front desk delivers 1 pillow, that is the same as the one in the closet. My room is 212, this probably is the worse room of the hotel. Expedia should not contract for this room. There is NO view, and it's in front of a storage room for toilet paper etc.. The inside is nice and roomy, clean, and relatively modern. Most likely will try a different hotel on the next visit.
