"Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas. We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar. Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course. Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise. The reception email me in advance on any assistance prior to my journey. Very helpful "

"服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。"

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."

"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏"
